WHY AOE?
Sisterhood.
Our chapter of Alpha Omega Epsilon does not only provide a sorority experience that adds onto their time at K-State; it provides a home, a family, and a sense of community. AOE's sisterhood is unique, and each sister cherishes an endless amount of memories. From receiving a big sister, finding your study buddies, or having someone to share your dreams or fears with, our chapter creates friendships that last a lifetime. We all have similar goals, interests, and ideals, which makes us who we are as sisters.

Leadership.
There are boundless opportunities for leadership development within our organization. From a chapter level of being involved in our executive board or becoming a committee head to volunteering as an alumna in our international organization: we hope to give you a way to reaching your potential as a leader. Taking on these roles and positions will sharpen skills like time management, administration, and organization.

Service.
We are dedicated towards finding ways to give back to the community through our service. We host philanthropy events every semester to donate time, money, and talent towards different local nonprofits as well as our international sorority's philanthropies: FIRST Robotics and Dress for Success. The college experience is enhanced by Alpha Omega Epsilon's strong commitment to helping and serving others.

Scholarship.
Academic success is of upmost importance to Alpha Omega Epsilon and its members. Alpha Omega Epsilon awards several scholarships each year to our members for their efforts and achievement. As a sorority for women in STEM fields and those who support STEM, we want our sisters to continue to be motivated, hardworking students that strive for success.

Professionalism.
The purpose of Alpha Omega Epsilon is to be a social AND professional sorority for women in STEM majors, which is very evident in our chapter and organization as a whole. Through our international organization, we have regional and annual national conventions which allow our sisters to network with different companies across the country. Professional skills are also sharpened through this experience, as well as experiences through our professional events hosted by our chapter each semester. We want to ensure that each member is prepared for what is to come after graduation.
